Important information about turnaround times:
- The quality of the artwork will effect the time it takes to prepare a files for print
- The art department requires 24 hours to pre-flight and proof once the order has been submitted
- Large orders may take up to 48 hours to pre-flight due to quantity and file size
- E-proof are sent for all graphic jobs
- Hard copy proof are sent upon request with an additional charge
- Rush jobs will be considered with additional speed charges
- The times below are average lead times for standard products, extenuating circumstances may require times to be adjusted
Banners: 1 day from approval
Murals/Pop-up Panels: 2 days from approval
Dye-Sublimation/Hop-ups/Banner Stands: 3 days from approval
Products with no artwork will ship within 24 hours.

CHANGES OR ORDER CANCELLATION:
Complete Exhibits will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production. Order cancellations must be made in writing with receipt of the cancellation confirmed over the phone. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. If your order is changed, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.
If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you. If your order is changed, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.
The cancellation of a production order for which Complete Exhibits has produced or ordered raw materials may result in Complete Exhibits fully charging for materials and labor, or imposing a minimum cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase/sale price.
If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the full amount of the order for all orders cancelled at this stage.
WARRANTY TERMS
Upon the signed acceptence of delivery, you have 3 business days to report any damage that may have occured during the shipping process. If no shipping damage is reported during the initial 3 day time period, all future reports or complaints will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and condition of our standard warranty.
Complete Exhibits guarantees the quality and function of its products when used in the correct manner as illustrated on each product's accompanying user instruction sheet. This cover general fair 'wear and tear' and guarantees repair or replacement when product failure is due to defects in manufacturing or assembly.
Complete Exhibits' warranty does not cover damage or product failure due to: incorrect use, mistreatment, failure to follow provided user instruction sheets, destruction loss, theft, unauthorized alteration, vandalism or natural disasters.
In case of a warranty dispute: Complete Exhibits reserves the right of final judgement/decision on the nature and cause of damage and the fair and applicable warranty response/solution.
WARRANTY PERIODS
The Exhibitors' Handbook: Complete Exhibits provide a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the Coyote Popup display frame and channel bars, and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all other products within the Exhibitors' Handbook. Luminosity: Complete Exhibits provides a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all products contained within the Luminosity range of exhibits and display lightning.
SignPro Systems: Complete Exhibits provides 90 day manufacturer's warranty on all products contained within the DFA Imports Range of economy standards and display products.
DFA Imports: Complete Exhibits provides a 1 year limited warranty on all indoor and outdoor inkjet graphics, and a 6 months limited warranty on dye-sub fabric graphics when used outdoor. This warranty covers tunneling, de-lamination, and general color fading.
RETURN POLICY
Immediately upon receiving Complete Exhibits shipments, please verify items shipped against the Complete Exhibits packing list to ensure accuracy. If you suspect that your delivery is incorrect or missing parts, please contact the Complete Exhibits immediately.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: The arrival of a product damaged in shipping is a 'non-warranty issue' and claims must be filed/reported to Complete Exhibits within 3 business days of receiving product. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. (Please be sure to sign for packages as 'damaged'). Upon authorization to return the damaged product, all returns must be made to Complete Exhibits within 2 weeks of delivery.
STANDARD WARRANTY: Should you have a problem with a Complete Exhibits' product within its given warranty period please contact Complete Exhibits where you will be asked standard questions to determine the nature of the product failure and to etablish a solution. Upon authorization to return the problem product, all returns must be made to Complete Exhibits within 2 weeks fo the RMA.
UNWANTED RETURNS: Should you need to return a product due to order cancellation or any reason other than a warranty matter, Complete Exhibits reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. All returns of the nature are susceptible to a 25% restocking fee/charge. Understandably, Complete Exhibits will not accept the return of a personalized, custom made product, graphic or used items for a refund. Product should be returned in the manner in which it was received.
